                                                        VENDOR’S AGREEMENT

 

► Exhibit Space Rental: $60.00 for each standard space, $75.00 for each premium space (corner)

► 8’X10’ Exhibit space includes standard 8-foot table(s) and chairs if needed

Special Club Rate: $50 for 8’ x 8’ exhibit space

► Premium spaces offer two sided exposure, limited number available

► Electrical connection available for all spaces

► Vendors are responsible for their own licenses, permits, taxes, equipment and belongings

► Vendors are liable for any damages they cause

► No raffle tickets, food or beverages for consumption at the show will be sold by vendors without prior approval

► The majority of items for sale in booths must be sporting goods or related items; CNY Sportsman Show management reserves the right to enforce this requirement.  Displays or items deemed inappropriate for any reason may be removed.

► Set up will be from 7:00 am – 9:00 am; Show begins at 9:00 am and ends at 4:00 am

► Upon receipt of signed agreement and fee, additional details will be mailed to you
