Holy Cross Academy is a non-profit corporation.  The Board of Trustees operates this corporation and is not a Board of Education as found in a public school.  The structure is similar to that of a non-profit college or university.  The Board of Trustees may from time to time designate non-Trustees to serve as members of an Advisory Board.

Meetings are generally closed, although if a parent wants to meet with the Trustees, they are welcome to ask to have their item placed on the agenda.
